Soul-based coaching is not therapy, but can be healing. I can not ‘solve your problems’ nor ‘fix you’, for you are whole, complete and perfect already. When you need to bring difficult matters, they are welcome. You can be human with me.
I can help you reorganise and simplify the noise of your daily life, learn to trust your inner knowing, reconnect to self compassion, bring your essence to daylight and other good stuff. A sense of calm and clear direction is a frequent outcome too. Call it visual coaching for clarity.
